1. Acknowledge that your feel bad
2 Identify Symptoms
3 Seek remedy for symptoms-seek prescribed advice to manage
4 Outcome-temporarily address symptoms–neglect underlying causes and body systems needs
5 Side effects appear of symptoms return
Holistic Approach:
1 Pay attention to the body
2 Identify symptoms- Consider what body system is affected and where symptoms are coming from
3 Search body systems-find conditions within system that best relate to what is being experienced
4 Learn which oils address conditions by strengthening body with natural solutions
5 Outcome-gain knowledge and understanding of the body systems and organ functions–Consider underlying concerns that contribute (diet, sleep, stress, activity, etc)—Prevent issues from occurring and nurture lasting health results
